Where do you source your pieces?
We source our pieces from all over the world. From estate sales, pawn shops, and international auction houses we buy from everywhere. Once received, we test all pieces to make sure that they are made of solid gold with diamonds & gemstones.
What is your return policy?
Currently we do not take returns. If the piece comes damaged through the mail we will contact USPS as all of our items are shipped with insurance. As always feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
How can you offer such great prices?
When you purchase brand new jewelry, you are paying for all the labor, shipping cost & cost of materials. However, when you buy second hand you are really only paying for the cost of the metal so we are able to offer great discounts compared to retails!
How often do you get in new pieces?
Since all of our pieces are one of a kind, we have to constantly replenish our assortment. We try to upload new pieces every Friday for you to shop!
Can your pieces be sized?
Yes! Most Items can be sized. Please review the details on each item as we will indicate the sizing capability of each piece. Kindly note that there is an extra cost for sizing. Please email us if you would like us to size the piece as we are more than happy to update the price to include the sizing cost.
How can I ensure my piece is what you say it is?
Every single piece is tested to ensure both the metal quality & the stone quality is exactly as advertised. We use acid test, XRF machines, and state of the art diamond testing equipment in our testing. We pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge of jewelry. If there ever is an issue where your jewelry is in fact misrepresented by us, we will accept a return and refund- only after the piece has been returned to us and retested to ensure there was a mistake. We ask that you help to communicate any issues within 48 hours of purchase/ delivery.
