All sales are final as all of our pieces are one of a kind vintage items. If you have any concern or question about an item after receiving it please reach out to sales@aladorjewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery. 

We test every item to verify that the quality of the metal and gemstones are exactly what we sale them as. We work diligently to insure our items are exactly what we say they are. If there is ever an item sold, with incorrect information, we will accept a return and give a refund upon receiving, retesting the item, and deeming that the item was in fact misrepresented. We ask that you communicate this issue within 48 hours or else we may not be able to accept your return.

Our estate, antique & vintage items are all preowned, meaning they all have some variation of wear. Please throughly read through each items description to learn more of that items condition. If there is ever any question on the quality of an item, please email us.

We ship all items FOR FREE via USPS PRIORITY. 

If you need an item overnighted or sent via UPS or FEDEX, please email us at the time of purchase so we can send your package via your preferred method. If the price for shipment exceeds what we normally ship the item for, we will ask that you help to cover the difference.
